This thesis is focuses on the comparison and selection of the most appropriate term deposits for the company REALITY K, s.r.o. of bank and non-bank savings institutions operating on the czech market. The analysis and subsequent comparison of selected term deposit is made on the basis of the ranking method and subsequently using the scoring. From results of the analysis and the comparison are then selected and recommended the best combination term deposits for the management of the company.

It deals with comparasion of offered forms in financing of loans, especially mortgage loans and their combinations with another products like building savings and unit trusts for needs of model clients. The outcome of a thesis is a proposal and recommendation of the most advantageous variant for financing of given real estate.

Financing Developer´s Project

This thesis deals with the possibilities of financing a developer kind of project in the Czech Republic. It specializes on various stages of project implementation and on different types of credits to enable to fund the project and it also focuses on the conditions for obtaining them. The practical part of the dissertation shows the acquaintance and insight into a specific project, and potential risks that might arise during project implementation are also tried to be solved there. The thesis is affected by update changes in laws and it concludes with suggestion of a suitable project financing.
